Rachel teaches techniques to help diminish stress-based responses and contribute to more creative problem-solving. The Celebrated Heart’s evidence-based techniques have been found to reduce many types of bias in the workplace creating a more inclusive and compassionate work culture. 

Rachel uses deep listening to focus on what is needed most at the moment and will lead your team through mind-body practices to the needs of your goals. Your team will be guided to experience a more grounded state of awareness needed in every aspect of life, especially in the workspace.

Rachel Egherman is a licensed massage therapist with 30 years of bodywork experience.  Certified reflexologist, certified HeartMath™ coach/mentor, trained in Heart Centered Therapy, and Spring Forest Qigong Levels 1, 2, and 3.

Cultivating Compassion

In this workshop, we focus on defining what compassion is and is not by creating a safe environment for sharing and conversation. The Cultivating Compassion workshop uses evidence-based techniques to connect us with compassion, understand the physiology when we enter a state of compassion, and develop compassionate communication.

Building Resilience & Coherence

In this workshop, we use evidence-based techniques for self-regulation. In this workshop, you’ll learn about the physiology of stress and how it affects our well-being. Learn easy-to-use techniques for shifting out of stress and into coherence. You will discover what is depleting and renewing so that you can make choices to increase energy and focus.

Trauma-Informed Support

Building upon the resilience and coherence workshop with a sensitivity and understanding of the nature of trauma and how it contributes to stress and burnout. In this workshop, we build upon evidence-based techniques for providing trauma-informed support. There is an exploration and an emphasis on creating a safe environment.
